I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PDF(S)

  • Answer: Your PDF(s) are in your order confirmation email underneath order details with buttons. If in a situation your file says expired or doesn’t open, email us with a copy of your receipt, full name and we can check our files that payment was received and the PDF file will be emailed to you.

Can I do the Workout Program from home?

  • Answer: Yes, The program is designed to be used at home or in the gym. Be sure to check out the list of equipment needed for program.

How long are the workouts

  • Answer: if you monitor your rest time properly, you should be able to complete the workouts within 45 minutes

 

WILL THE WORKOUT PROGRAMS EXPIRE AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED IT?

  • Answer: Please download PDF as soon as you open the link so you can have lifetime access to the guides so they will never expire. You can complete them as many times as you like.

MY PURCHASE DOESN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

  • Answer: Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges on physical products including clothing. This is due to the product being a limited release where all sales are final.


CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

  • Answer: We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

  • Answer: Please wait up to 24 hours for your confirmation email. Often it can go straight into your junk and spam folder, so make sure you check there first.
